By accessing or using FindJeeves ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
FindJeeves is a marketplace that connects people seeking help ("Hirers") with skilled workers ("Workers"). We facilitate introductions and provide tools for job management, communication, and payment processing. FindJeeves is not an employer, staffing agency, or contractor.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
You agree not to:
FindJeeves charges a 10% platform fee on completed transactions. Payments are held in escrow until the job is completed. Hirers authorise payment when booking; funds are released to Workers upon job completion and Hirer confirmation.
Cancellations before work begins may be eligible for a full refund. Disputes about job quality should be raised within 48 hours of job completion. FindJeeves may mediate disputes but is not liable for the quality of work performed.
Users may leave honest reviews after job completion. Reviews must be truthful and not defamatory. FindJeeves reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.
FindJeeves is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform, including disputes between Hirers and Workers, quality of work, or loss of data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
